In recent years, Modern Meadow has gone from its original BIO-VERA® product to INNOVERA™, spurred by the desire to implement technology more potently. The new version uses a protein-powered hybrid material called Bio-Alloy® in combination with advanced upcycling technology to produce biofabricated leather.
