The Global Fashion Summit, one of the world's largest sustainability conferences, was held at the Copenhagen Concert Hall in Denmark from June 3rd to 5th, 2025.
This year's theme was "Barriers and Bridges." The focus was on how to overcome geopolitical risks, regulatory retreat, economic uncertainty, and global headwinds surrounding sustainability through collaboration and innovation.
In response to the current situation in which companies' efforts to decarbonize and respect human rights have been shaken by the partial suspension of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) by the European Commission and the US tariff policy, policymakers, corporate executives, NGOs, investors, and others held discussions.
